Order Processing:

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.

Processing includes order verification, quality checks, and supplier fulfilment.

Please note: processing time is separate from shipping time.

Auraé is not responsible for delays outside of our control.


Tracking Information:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.


Please allow 3–7 days for tracking updates to appear after dispatch, as tracking systems may take time to sync.

 

Incorrect Address:

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order cannot be delivered:

⚫️Refunds or replacements may not be issued


Lost, Delayed, or Missing Orders:

If your order appears delayed:
⚫️Please allow the full estimated delivery window before contacting us

 

If an order is confirmed as lost:

⚫️We will investigate with our supplier and courier

⚫️A replacement or refund may be issued at our discretion

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

⚫️If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

⚫️Contact us within 7 days of delivery

Provide clear photos of the item and packaging

Approved claims will be handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.

 

Customs & Duties:

For South African customers, customs clearance (if applicable) is handled as part of supplier fulfilment. Customers will not be required to manage customs directly.


Shipping Fees:

Shipping fees (if applicable) are displayed at checkout and are non-refundable once an order has been processed.
